Calculate Shipping without zip code

    Hello,
    is there a way to create Shipping Zones without using Zips?
    I am setting up an ecommerce website in which zip codes are quite unknown to most people. How can I overcome this problem? Is there any way to calculate shipping costs using name of the cities instead of zip codes? Or any other workaround?

    Hi Manuel,

    You do not have to use zip codes in a shipping zone. It is okay to just use the country name or a state.

    It isn’t possible to use city names though. If you need to be that specific, you will need to google the zip codes that pertain to the certain cities.
