Leave out the thousands separator when doing your calculations in the backend.

I do but it reverse it back! When I put a comma instead of the dot, and save it does not save it. Then when I hit the calculate totals it makes the wrong calculation

The calculation issue with commas was fixed in 2.6.1 if you’re running 2.6.0

Which report are you referring to?

The woo commerce reports. The orders sum is incorrect, while it is displaying the correct thousand and decimal separators..

Can you show this with a screenshot?

You can see a screenshot of the order for the last 7 days..

The website is on greek, so I tried to translate the important parts

narrow the results and find the problem order; it may be a result of the previous bug saving the wrong totals.
