Calculate the higher shipping tax

Hi, first thank you for the plugin, works like magic.
All the conditions and zones are working properly, but we have an issue to solve.

We have two types of products with different tax classes, in checkout the shipping costs are calculated according to the product tax.
Example:
Product one – 19% tax, shipping 19% tax
Product two – 7% tax, tax for the shipping – 7%.
And that’s correct. But adapting this for the clients needs, we want all the shipping tax to be 19%, even for the products with 7% VAT. Is this something we can do with this plugin?
We have progressive shipping costs, the rule is to add 10 eur on every 30kg.
Example: first 30kg – 10eur, 60kg – another 10 euro, 90kg plus 10eur, and that works perfectly.
