    Hi guys!

    is this plug calculate the weight on the cart too?

    Because, We have the api working (site id & pass connected ok), the art with his weight, but never calculate it.

    How can I do for calculate the weight with this plug assocciated with DHL?

    Hello @fferrari,

    Our plugin calculates depends on the packing method:

    – Pack into one box by weight – this is the default method for calculating bids. All products will be considered as one package.
    – Pack items separately – each product is a separate box in one shipping. In this case the plugin gets product dimensions and calculate shipping cost based on volume weight.

    If you chose Pack into one box by weight, did you add the weight to the product page?

    If so, please enable the Debug Mode in the DHL Express settings and go to the Checkout page, typing the recipient address (not choosing the same country as you have as WooCommerce address store, because this is not domestic shipping plugin, but to international) copy-paste here the information from the Debug Mode if you still don’t see any live rates.
