Calculated field not getting the correct count down timer

Good day

Hope you are well.

I need this calculated field form to show me the following results:
11767 days 10hours 10 minutes 14 seconds payslips 384.

On the website, it shows:
11578 days 15 hours 49 minutes 51 seconds and 380 payslips.

Does the calculated field have a fixed value of 31 is that why the results are different – how and where do I fix this?
