    Hello, I have set the negotiated rates on the plugin but the rates shown by the plugin are REALLY far from the reality.

    Have tried with Customer Counter?or?One Time Pickup, same WRONG result.

    Some examples:

    • USA client selecting UPS Express, calculated rates by the plugin were 107,87 €, real cost in UPS page 69,03 €
    • France client selecting UPS Standard, calculated rates by the plugin were 15,48 €, real cost in UPS page 37,54 €
    • Germany client selecting UPS Standard, calculated rates by the plugin were 15,48 €, real cost in UPS page 37,52 €

    Any idea on how to correct this?

    Hi @danidub, after changing the plugin settings, did you change anything in the shipping address on the checkout page? If you only refresh the page, the rates from the API might not reload.

    Of course I changed the address on the checkout.

    The options Not set, Daily Pickup, Customer Counter, One Time Pickup, Letter Center, Air Service Center shows the same WRONG price. The only one that shows different prices is Air Call, still WRONG and very far from the real UPS prices.

    Have tried also to disable the negotiated rates. The prices go up but they are still far from the reality.

    Any ideas or solutions?

    Do you have taxes enabled, and have you defined rates for shipping? Are prices in the cart and at checkout displayed including tax?

    This could also be an issue related to package dimensions, which are not sent to the API in the free version of the plugin. Package packing is available in the PRO version. You can test it on our demo: https://demo.octolize.com

    Yes we have taxes enabled and taxes for shipping also enabled. The prices in the cart/checkout are shown with taxes, yes.

    I know about the plugin limitation on the dimensions calculation, so I use the dimensional weight of my package that is 10kg.

    The real measurements are 25cm x 43cm x 31cm and 3Kg. In the product I have the dimensions and the weight as 10Kg. So it should work. I understand that you have a PRO version but this feature must work in the free version also.

    As you know, our plugin sends a request to the UPS API based on the configuration, and the API returns the rates.

    To help determine why these rates differ, please contact us at: https://octolize.com/support/ and select “pre-sale question” as the subject.

    Please send the request and response, which will be available at checkout after enabling debug mode. Also, please provide screenshots of the shipping rates on the checkout page and screenshots from the UPS site showing the rates calculated by UPS.

    Hello @grola,

    I enabled the “debug mode” in your plugin but on the block based checkout I can’t see any debug messages when logged in with admin and change address. I can see the shipping in being calculated but I have no output with the requests. Have also purged cache, no messages at all.

    Looked in WooCommerce > Status > Logs and no logs at all.

    Hi @danidub,

    We will check the block checkout and improve the debug mode for this checkout in the next release.

    If you have the ability to check the requests and responses in the old checkout, we would appreciate it. If not, you’ll need to wait for the release with the fix.

    We have not the ability to go back to the legacy checkout as the website is in production. So we’ll wait for the fix.

    Do you have an estimate to fix this bug? We need to solve the rates process for the shipping ASAP please ??

    Hi @danidub,

    you can create separate checkout page with old checkout without publishing it and check it in preview mode.

    We plan to publish fixed version on Tuesday or Wednesday.
