    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

So this is a common issue. What’s happening is that the process to calculate the file/folder sizes is killed by the server before it can complete.

Broadly speaking it’s a tough problem to solve. The file size calculation process isn’t essential for backups. You can still perform backups normally. You can force-restart the process by deactivating/reactivating the plugin.

    Cheers!

Are you tell me that is better to change the plugin ??
Spent a lot of time to check the config php-fpm and nginx nothing

Are backups also failing to complete? Or just the file size scanning process?

Do you have shell access to your server?

I recommend you enable support if you’re having more issues.

    Cheers!

Oh ok. Thanks for reaching out to support. Let’s pickup the conversation there. I thought you were originally just referring to the file size calculation
