Calculating time in hours and seconds from Time Picker

I need to find a solution to use ACF time data to calculate the hour and seconds difference in two prior defined fields. Is there a solution? Ultimate goal is to get video time output (eg: 01:33:57) to provide edit points for video. This is not decimal time but time in seconds. Any suggestions?
