Calculation is zero in the submissions, in the email notification and in CSV.

    I made a form with a calculation of a cost in a repeater field group. It concerns one or more registrations with a cost that depends on another field.

    At the bottom of the form a final calculation is made of the total cost.

    The result (the total cost) is correct on the form in the front-end, but it is 0 in the submissions, in the email notification and also in the export CSV.

    To investigate this further, I exported the form to a test website at our end but it failed with an error.

    It seems the export text got corrupted while copying. Could you please re-export the form and share using Google Drive or Pastebin.com?

    Hi John,

    I also can’t import the exported form. Not clear what’s wrong here.

    So I created a new form, from scratch.
    I still have a problem with the total cost at the bottom of the form, but the error is now only on the form in the front-end. And it is now correct in the submissions, in the email notification and also in the export CSV. So actually the opposite of the original error.

    After importing your form I noticed the Total {calculation-6} is getting the total from other calculation fields inside Group fields hidden by a Visibility rule.

    I reported this issue to our devs team, and they will provide more information about it, since they work on complex issues, getting a reply from them could take more time than usual. We will notify you in this topic once we get an update from them.

    Hi @jpgoem,

    We got feedback from our devs.

    They explained that currently, no snippet could help, however, applying the same visibility rules as the Group Fields to the fields – in your case Calculation fields – inside the Group field will avoid getting the Total {calculation-6} in the front-end.
