Calculation not working

Hi All,
I have an ordering form on my infographic designer website.
It used to work, but now the calculation has stopped working. Click a tickbox and nothing happens. It should add the price and the tax rate (BTW in Dutch) to the total but it doesn’t.
Can someone help me with this and point me in the right direction?
