    Hello
I installed CartFlows (FREE version) and it came with WooCommerce 4.4.1.
I followed the instructions and I don’t know why the 7% Goods & Services Tax is not reflected at all.
I tried testing pricing inclusive of tax and excluding tax, to no avail (used Sandbox for PayPal).
The tax value is not reflected in the order reports nor in the emails to the ‘customer’.
The product is for an online training event, and my business involves primarily online courses and one-day workshop events (virtual and live). So actually, the shipping address does not apply.

I thought it was a PayPal issue and reached out to them, they came back to say it’s a WooCommerce issue.

Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks!

    I resolved it!

    To do this:

    1. WooCommerce > Settings> Tax
    2. Prices entered with tax: YES
    4. Calculate tax based on: Customer billing address
    5. Shipping Tax class: Standard
    6. Display prices in shop: including tax
    7. Display prices during basket and checkout: including tax

Under Standard Rate – I created the 7% GST tax. My mistake was to fill in State Code fields and City Fields. I should have left those blank and just enter the Country Code only.

Thanks for letting us know, @lynettelim! Glad you got this figured out. ??
