Calculation schedule/tabel for visitors use?

  • Dear Everyone,

    Since im not really sure what to call what im looking for, its kind of hard to search for it – i have tried though, and i came up with nothing.

    Im looking for a way to make a tabel within my wordpress blog, but the visitors should be able to enter some personal information, and from this my tabel will change showing them their personal values.

    I will be using it to make it possible for the visitors to check which mobile company they should choose, can anyone give me a hint?
    – I will also have to admit that im not really great at changing html, so if it was something based on excel for example that would be fantastic.

    In case no one understands the meaning of this i will try to describe in another way.

    I would like to know if there is a way i can allow visitors to my website to enter data in 2-3 boxes, and once they have done this – the table i have added to the website will change values so it follows an equation where the visitors have entered some variables?
