calculation shipping value

    Hello, I am trying the free version of the plugin, and making tests I see that when changing country, for example Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic takes me the value of the shipment that I have configured in shipping zones and does not show the DHL shipping alternatives. I did a test by disabling one of the zones, the same does not show DHL rates and also says there is no shipping method for that area.

    Hi @3diseno,

    Please make sure you have the correct credentials as provided by DHL, if you have the live credentials use the API in live mode and use the option”show account rates” in the rates and services settings tab.

    Also please make sure you have weight and dimension in the products, and in the ship from address in the plugin general settings please enter the address according to which the account belongs to.
