    Hi, I’ve had this quiz up and working for a while, but something has now gone wrong.

    It calculates category results and then sums the categories for a total score.

    The scores are calculating correctly and appearing on the submissions, but for some reason they aren’t pulling through to the ActiveCampaign integration. I’ve cleared cache, I’ve deleted the calculations and done them again. Nothing is working and it’s sending incorrect results to my quiz takers. I’m stumped!

    Also when trying to test and resolve this morning, new submissions are not appearing in wordpress forminator (last result is yesterday) but my new tests are in ActiveCampaign. Odd!

    I see a lot of console errors and no form in the page you kindly shared:

    It seems like some optimization plugin caused that.

    As for the Forminator issue, were you able to replicate it on a staging environment where there are no other activated plugins apart from Forminator and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One?

    If so, could you please export your form, upload it into a service like Dropbox and share it here with us?
