Calculator and part of rate table disappears

  • I have a large rate table and the bottom of the table and the calculate keep disappearing. I had a previous problem like this tired to max fields in the php posting, but so far adjusting max vars in php.ini is not working. Suggestions? Rate table is 150 rows, so roughly 1400 fields getting posted there alone.
    Using pro version.

    Is this the same plugin that Lidd Weaver originally created (Dave Wilder?) Is Dave no longer supporting it?
