Calculator disappears

    Hi!
    I already looked in this forum for an answer for my problem, but nothing I found seems to be working in order to fix this issue:

    1- I create a new calculator
    2- I click SAVE button within each module
    3- I click SAVE in Cost Calculator “main page“. The page where the preview option is.
    After inserting shortcode, the calculator won′t show up in page builder (Divi) nor in the live preview of the page. Only “loading“ wheels. In Cost Calculator page, preview shows a perfect calculator.
    4- After clicking SAVE everywhere, if I log out or refresh, all fields in calculator created appear now in blank. Everything is gone. Lost. Erased. The modules are there, but empty, in blank.
    5- Gone through this process at least 5 times watching carefully what may I be doing wrong.

    Already turned off cache plugins and all plugins.

    What may I be doing wrong, guys?

    I thank you very much for creating this beautiful an useful plugin, but so far, it can not be used. Ay least not by me.

    Please make sure that there are no errors in the Total calculation formula and none of the arithmetic operators is missed.

    Hi! Thank you for your answer.
    The calculation formula seems to be fine:

    (field 1 + field 2 + field 3) * field 4
    Very simple

    I′ve been trying to figure out what the problem may be.

    The first time you save, copy shortcode on “Code“ module (Divi), and preview page everything seems to be ok. BUT once yo make ANY change and press save or apply:

    1- calculator does not appears anymore in page preview or Divi builder
    2- All fields shows up empty in next login or page refresh
    3- It does not matter if the calculator is an old or a new one.

    Any change – save – gone!

    Thank you for getting back!

    The problem occurs because of the Divi theme, unfortunately, the Cost Calculator Builder plugin is not compatible with the Divi theme and builder for now.
