Calculator Fields not appearing

    Hi there,

    The calculator fields are constantly breaking on our site. They appear and work correctly once logged in as WP admin but when not logged in and viewing the site as a member of the public the calculator does not work.

    We have followed all the instructions given within the plugin to help this issue but nothing is working. For example we have toggled between Direct and classic.

    The page is currently working but as of 5 minutes ago it wasn’t.
    No changes have been made our end to fix this. This issue comes and goes.

    Probably it was caused by cache. You are using the “W3 Total Cache” plugin to manage the website’s cache. So, I guess you were loading a cached version of the web page.

    So what do we need to do in order for this to stop happening?

    I don’t know how you configured the cache plugin. However, our plugin includes some options in its settings to reduce the interferences of these plugins. Please, pay attention to the troubleshooting section on the settings page of our plugin. And after modifying them, you should purge the website’s cache.
