    Hi, I went to test my site and the calculator is showing as a white screen on all my devices. I tried to rollback but continued to have same issue.
    Can someone please direct me to a fix for this.

    Could you please provide screenshots with Inspector mode enabled? Any error logs maybe? Also your system status.

    And you can try to deactivate all 3rd party plugins and re-check Calculator with WordPress default theme.

    Hi, I have tried to deactivate some of the recent plugins installed after I enabled the calculator and screen remains white. The only one I did not try was Jetpack as will disconnect my woocommerce store which I do not wish to do.

    I have taken a screenshot with inspector mode enabled as requested. Where do I send this as I cannot locate an upload button on this support forum.
    Hoping you can direct me to a solution.

    Hi, thank you for looking into the plugin issue.

    You will need to login as
    username: testcustomer
    password: TestPawtal02

    Click on “budget” which should show calculator yet only shows blank screen.
    Hope you can source issue.

    Hi,

    I could not determine your mentioned “budget” part not on the pages, not in the profile section, even under provided link. I can see only one calculator that doesn’t relate to our product.

    Please re-check.

    I managed to find a solution to my issue and calculator is now working.
    There was a bug in my databases.
