Calculator not showing up on product page

    Hello,

    We recently bought the PRO version of the Cost Calculator – because we want to integrate it in our online shop. We ran into a small issue with it though, the calculator does not seem to be appearing on the product page at all, even though we followed the guide from the Documentation. — to integrate it with WooCommerce

    Somehow the options from the settings display Calculator “Before add to cart”, “After add to cart”, “Before product meta”, “After product meta” do not show the calculator at all, nor does it load.

    Is there a way to resolve this issue, have there been any known conflicts (with other plugins) that might cause this?

    We tried reaching out to the support, and opening up a ticket, but it had been almost and we haven’t gotten a reply.

    All help would more than appreciated and welcome.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I visited the link attached and calculator is loading on Product page (Screenshot).

    If the default product meta is modified by the theme or other plugins connected with WooCommerce Products the Calculator may not appear.

    The tickets have their ID and will be assigned to the agents soon.
