  • Hello, @marc219

    Please specify which PHP version do you have installed on the server? Also, what version of WP do you have installed? This will help narrow down the search for the cause.

    Best regards.

    php = 8.0
    Wordpress = 6.1
    Elementor= v3.8.0
    Elementor pro = v3.8.1

    All plugins used, are up to date

    I tried the calculator with all plugins turned off on a staging site no difference

    if I am logged in to WordPress I can see the calculator in the same browser (safari) but it′s not visible on others like Chrome or Firefox or when I use incognito

    so thats it? that was your support?

    Hi, @marc219

    The console on the calculator page indicates that the display is blocked by the server.

    Please make sure you don’t have cache plugins like WP Rocket installed on your server or website that might block the display of the calculator. If there are such plugins, please temporarily disable them or put them into safe mode.
    We repeated all the conditions that you indicated and did not find similar issues on our test websites:

    php = 8.0
    Wordpress = 6.1
    Elementor= v3.8.0
    Elementor pro = v3.8.1

    Best regards.

    hello I have the same problem :

    php = 7.4.25
    WordPress = 6.1.1
    Divi = 4.7.41

    Can you help me ?

    Hello, @qidou

    Please make sure you don’t have “strong” caching plugins installed on the website like WPRocket as such plugins can block the calculator from loading on the page. If you have such plugins, please temporarily disable them or set them to safe mode. After that, check the display of the calculator.

    Best regards.

    Hello @stanstm,

    I confirm that I have nothing to install except:

    Divi Theme Builder

    • Divi Supreme Pro
    • Maintenance mode (off)

    When I refresh the page by clearing my browser cache, I get an error message for 0.001 sec (to grab the attached screenshot I recorded my screen and used slow motion …).

    https://i.imgur.com/FIwWi4Q.png (I do not understand why it is about woocommerce but yes, I confirm that it is your plugin, if I move the shortcut of the plugin, the error message also moves).

    Hello @qidou,

    The construction mode is enabled on your website. Can you disable it temporarily to troubleshoot the issue?

    Hello @qidou,

    I visited your website and could determine the root of the issue.

    In Formula element you used quantity_field_id_0 (Screenshot) that does not exist in elements list.

    In the formula element, it is necessary to use only available elements (Screenshot).

    I hope it helps.

    Regards
