Calculator Stopped working

First of all thank you, this is a great plugin!

I’m having an issue – the plugin has stopped working recently. I read your support articles, tried disabling the cache plugin (LiteSpeed Cache) to see if this would resolve the issue but it didn’t. Could you please assist? Thanks!
