Caldera Form category description not visible

I would like a description to show up with my category. I am using caldera Forms 1.6.1.1. It says in the description section: The description is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it. I guess I need to know what themes will show the description or if there is another way to do this.

In the link above, I want to appear at the top of the page:
