    I read the documentation here:https://calderaforms.com/doc/using-form-conditionals/
I used the template: “Registration Form – with optional additional participants” and I also tried making this from a blank form. I can only get it to work with three people/participants/items. in the example form/template the “conditions” for two people are very different than the conditions for three people and they don’t seem to follow a pattern. I added a fourth entry and I tried using a pattern of conditions similar to the conditions for three people and I also tried similar conditions to two people. I am not able to get the form to work with four items. Any help is greatly appreciated. If the free version is limited to three items I would pay for the pro version but I would be mad about all the hours I have wasted trying to figure this out. Do I set the conditions for item three similar to item two and then set the conditions for item four similar to the example form item three?
If this can’t be done, does anybody know of a form builder than can do something similar?

    Hi RCSTP –

Thanks for using Caldera Forms, it means a lot to us.

First of all, there is no limitation on the number of conditions you can create with Caldera Forms Free – we wouldn’t do that to you, and wouldn’t be the most powerful free form builder if we did ??

With that said, it sounds like this might just be a case of confusing conditionals. We’ve noticed over helping other users like you that creating forms with more than 3 conditionals often starts to be wonky simply because that many if/thens/buts are interpreted differently by computers than people.

I would recommend moving around the conditionals to see if this is the case, and maybe getting a second set of eyes on your conditionals to see if something in your set-up is self-referential. Alternatively, you can have someone from our team take a look at it with a Caldera Forms Pro subscription, which will grant you access to opening support requests with a 1 business day turnaround at calderaforms.com/support.

    I hope this helps!

Thanks, I misunderstood the concept. If you have four items, you want item 2 to “show” when Two Items is selected, but, you also want item 2 to show when Three Items is selected and also when Four Items is selected.
The conditional logic of the plugin works perfectly.
