Caldera Forms (new issue)

  • Using the latest version of Cerber and Caldera Forms I discovered when it has blocked every submission. I have 30+ registrations for an event that have been blocked and I don’t know what to do at this point. I completely deactivated the plugin to see if that helps. I saw the previous posts on 7.6.1 (or something like that) but I am using 7.9.

    Here’s what happens and everything is based on refusing to submit a form:

    Number of active lockouts: 4

    Last lockout was added: February 6, 2019, 7:01 pm for IP 50.4.185.217 (d4-50-217-185.evv.wideopenwest.com)

    Reason: Multiple suspicious activities were detected

    Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I want to turn WP Cerber back on but I can’t while people are trying to register.

    Please check all previous requests from the blocked IP address on the Activity log and Live Traffic admin pages. You’ll see what events (suspicious requests) lead to a particular lockout. The plugin doesn’t block IP addresses without a reason.
