Caldera Plugin Missing After Update

    After updating Caldera is no longer available in my GoDaddy Managed WordPress Dashboard. When I go to download again it says it cannot download the plugin again because the destination folder already exists. Where is this destination folder and how can I remove it so that I can download the plugin again and get my site back up and running

    Thanks for using Caldera Forms. I am sorry that you are facing this issue.

    It seems that there was some error while updating the plugin.

    You can try uninstalling the plugin from your FTP and then be reuploading it.
    When you are updating plugin files by re-uploading you will need to remove and delete the plugin first before you can upload the later version.

    You are also able to upload plugin files via FTP which will give you the option to overwrite the plugin files.
