'Calendar' Admin page not showing in WordPress menu

    Hello,
    I’ve installed the plugin on a WordPress multisite site, and I can see the Every Calendar +1 page under settings, but I don’t see a “Calendar” admin link in the menu. I assume there should be one because your instructions say “To put a calendar onto one of your pages use the provided shortcode in the ‘Calendar’ admin panel (created by plugin).”
