Calendar customizer in the theme settings does not work

Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for themes that claim to be compatible with our plugins. Many times, a theme provider will create a customization tool based on a certain version of our products and not keep it updated.

I would suggest reaching out to the author of the theme to request they update their tool to be compatible with the most recent version of our plugins.

Either that, or you can use your own custom CSS solution. We have several resources in our knowledgebase that might help you out:

Hi Mike, Thanks for the prompt answer.
I have alreayd tried custom css, inserting it in the css tab of the customization panel but it does not work either.
Where else could I write the css code?

Have you tried going to Appearance -> Editor, then choosing the Stylesheet to edit it directly? That’s probably the best bet.

If it’s not saving the CSS code there, then there might be another issue going on.

Yes, but it does not work either. I have tried editing the css sheet of my theme and creating the tribe-events.css file, to generate a theme override… does not work either.

I’ve occasionally found that code placed in Appearance ? Customize ? Additional CSS will override all other css locations.
