    Hi, first of all thanks for your time.

    I have configured the working hours of the company (from Tuesday
    to Sunday from 8:00 – 20:00).

    Also my only employee (I only have 1) has the same working hours settings:

    Finally in the global configuration I have tried the 2 ways. Indicating the time of the company and the time of the workers but the result is the same.
    It doesn’t let me select Saturdays or Sundays (not Monday either, but that’s correct since we close on Mondays) and the hours close at 5:00 pm (17:00) insted of the 8:00 pm (20:00) that I informed in the time work calendar.

    Also I tried the option diagnosis or checker but say that all is correct:

    Hello again, I post more information so you can help me.
    This is my timezone configuration of wp-general (mexico city) also configured with the same value in bookly, in employee as well.

    Then I have tested that in the bookly shortcode the value of the hours established in the calendar or employee appears correctly

    But later in the time selection window the days and hours do not appear correctly as in the previous tab

    Hello,

    Check if you don’t have already have booked appointments for these dates and also check the Days off tab for this staff. If the problem still persists then reach out to us to directly regarding this inquiry.

    Hello, sure you check all the data that I provided? The booked appoinments is empty, no one reservation has done and the staff have no days off. Already removed the plugin and all the data, created new one (staff and all configuration) and the problem persists.

    I can’t post there because it requires a book code and I’m using the free version.
    It didn’t ask for my version of wordpress or some data to try to solve my problem.

    Don’t know that happens but seems to be working now. Removed and installed again and it’s working …
