• Using my ICS link on the preview page on your website displays the calendar correctly but on our site it just displays “No events found”.

    Have run the ICS Feed tester on the plugin page and it shows the error “Could not retrieve data from the requested URL.

    But the ICS link works as it shows on your preview page? So I’m unsure as to why it isn’t working on our site? Any ideas why this might be?

    There are a few potential factors with how your web server is configured that may be preventing it from connecting to the source calendar server. It would be helpful for me to see your System Report from the ICS Calendar admin page. You can email it to the address on that page. Thanks!

    That could be it, but in my experience that’s rarely been the issue — although the system report would clear it up for me. Sometimes the request is rejected by the calendar server because the web server isn’t sending the right headers. And sometimes it’s something else entirely.
