• Hi!

I do not understand why in the list of calendars, in the hours/results column, the publication scheduling time appears and the game time does not appear. Also I have not a field in the new calendar where I can add the match time. Failing that, I have tried to put the time in the same field as the game day. Example: 05-30-2020; 17:30. But supposedly there should be a field so that when the match has not yet been held, it indicates the time of the match instead of the result. I also do not understand why it appears as the first column on the day of its publication, I think it is a fact that does not matter to the reader, and it does not appear as the first column on the day the game was or will be played.

    Thank you.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out.

The actual event publishing date is the event date. These are a single field for many reasons, but the main one is that that’s how WP works (they have a date field for this very reason, so we might as well use it and make use of all their default functions for dates).

But regarding your issue, it’s a bit confusing for me. What exactly is wrong there?

It looks like you are using a custom theme, so the first step would be testing to see how it works with a default theme such as Rookie or Twenty Seventeen.

If it is still wrong after switching themes and disabling all plugins but sportspress, please post back with some examples. Right now I’m not sure if I get what you mean.

    Thanks!

    Hi!
We work with Divi, but for the pages generated with Sportspress we do not use it, only the WordPress constructor itself and we do not place shortcodes manually either.

We have tried to install twenty seventeen and as you can see in the capture, the content is the same as when we have Divi activated, regardless of whether it should not affect it in principle because I insist that Divi is not used for the pages created by Sportspress.

If you look at the previous calendar capture as well as the one made with the Twenty Seventeen theme, in the column where the time of the next game should go, which has not yet been played, the time of publication of the entry really appears, as you can see in the other screenshot. And it also shows on the calendar page as a local team, the one that we have placed at the entrance as a visiting team.

    Hi!

I think we have way too many issues in a single topic, it’s almost impossible to answer them all here.

Let’s break these into smaller topics. My reply, for example, covered your first sentence (which should be a topic in itself).

I know you have a lot of questions, and that’s fine, but let’s add one topic per question so we can make sure we can reply to them all ??

    Kind Regards,
    -Roch

    Hi @rochesterj

I will try in future consultations to break them down into several. Right now many of the doubts that I have been raising have been resolved and the one that I am missing is in relation to how the calendars page shows me now and we are talking about it in this other thread. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Thanks.
