Calendar navigation

Hi David,

I see the prior, current and next months both at the top and the bottom of the calendar.

By inspecting the HTML, I see that this:

<div class=”rsvpmaker_nav”><span class=”navprev”>November 2018</span>  <  December 2018  >  <span class=”navnext”>January 2019</span></div>

is repeated before and after your cpcalendar table definition.

[rsvpmaker_calendar nav=”top”] or bottom does not change the display.
