Calendar not displaying

I have 2 feeds set up from Google calendar. I am assigning a page to display one type of events and then using the shortcode of [ai1ec view=”agenda” cat_id=”8″] https://www.nucanorthtexas.com/nuca-public-events/
However it has been a while since I used this and once set up I pretty much forgot about it until my client told me that her public events from Google calendar are no longer showing up. The other feed, not using a shortcode, works just fine. I done see anything wrong so I am a but confused as to why this is not working.
What am I doing wrong?
