On the calendar page of my site, the calendar no longer displays any other page besides the current month. If I click any of the calendar navigation buttons (Previous, Next, etc.) or try to select a different month or calendar, nothing displays on the page except a “0”.

Looks like there is something wrong. What happened?

    Hey @whisperwow,

Thank you for reaching out to us, and sorry for the inconvenience!

I visited the page and replicated the issue as described, in order to troubleshoot this issue and advise further, please share with us more details about your events, and calendars, a screen capture of the same would be great.

Also, please go to?WPForms > Tools > System Info?(https://a.supportally.com/4PgNqm), and share with us the details on that page. With those details, we can try to reproduce the issue to investigate it.

    Thanks!

    Hey?@whisperwow,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

I don’t have WPForms installed on my site. Will the Elementor System Info file be sufficient? How do I provide that file to you? Is it disclosing anything that could jeopardize my site’s security?

Any further instructions/support on this? It’s weird because sometimes the calendar works, sometimes it doesn’t.

    Hey?@whisperwow,

This issue most occurs due to caching, and while checking your site, after adding the query string ?nocache to your URL as: https://musicbusinessnews.com/calendar/?nocache I was able to view events while navigating through your calendars.

Are you using any caching plugin(s), if so, I would recommend that you exclude the pages with Sugar Calander from caching, and be sure to purge the cache before refreshing the page.

When you get a chance, please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

    Thanks!
