Calendar Not Displaying Since update

Maybe create a page on your WordPress site and add them there? Creating a video would be even more helpful.

So I went back through, deactivated all plugins and reactivated them again. I was able to get the events page back but the calendar is blank. I tried uploading the .json file and it just kept giving me an invalid client secret error on private google calendars.

I wasn’t sure how to create a video so I just made WordPress page with all the screenshots from google developer console, the plugin and the google calendar. It’s this page https://irwinfirst.org/calendar-screen-shots/

I doubled checked to make sure everything was as it should be but if I missed anything please let me know. Thanks!

I see you are still trying to add the API key. This isn’t officially supported by Google as you can read at:

So instead you should carefully follow the instructions at:

When creating the OAuth client ID, always make sure that you add the authorised redirect URI exactly as displayed in the settings page of the plugin.

I would remove the WordPress page with screenshots, at least the one with the API key, because this key should not be shared with others.

So I’m not sure if the json file name made the difference or I had to clear the uri redirect out entirely and add the new one because I know it was exactly the same as before, but I uploaded the new json file and now everything is working. Thanks!
