Calendar not rendering properly since upgrade

Since upgrade to V2.0 in Chrome calendar icons for moving months forward, and adding months are not showing correctly. In addition the start and end date calendars also rendering with strange icons.
In IE the information icon is not showing the info when hovering over the icon
