calendar not showing in page, other fields are

Greetings.
I’m trouble shooting this for someone else, this isn’t my site and I’m not familiar with your plugin.

The form is showing, but not the calendar.

I changed the script load method to direct as suggested in the FAQ. That didn’t help. Also did the normal deactivating plugins. The calendar was working on the site previously.

I also created a new calendar and inserted that into the page. Same result. I get the form but no calendar.
