Calendar Not Working

There is a closed post (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/permissions-check-failed/) about disabling any cache and firewall which causes errors such as “permissions check failed.” I had a similar issue, so I disabled any caching and the firewall, BUT THIS ONLY FIXED THE PERMISSIONS CHECK ERROR. The calendar itself skips months entirely when attempting to scroll through it, specifically on mobile devices and tablets. It’s not the firewall or cache at this point, so what can I do to fix this? Please send an email if you need the URL of the site in question. THANKS ??
