    Hi Knolls,

perhaps it’s just a configuration issue, you may need to change some setting, either in the widget or in the feed to get the right range of dates – or you could create 2 feeds (although using the same remote Google Calendar feed)

if you are unable to solve, could you paste a screenshot with the settings of your feed and those of the feeds the widgets are using?

    thanks

    Hi, Fulvio Notarstefano,

I get the screen shot, but I can not find how to post the attchment.

The settings for the current event are:

Display Mode: Grouped List. (tried other ones too)
Events Per page: (Number of events) 20
Display start date offset: (number of days back) 0
Earliest Feed event date: (Number of years back) 1
Lastest Feed event date: (Number of years forward) 2
Show Paging Links: Display Next and Back Navigation Links, unchecked. But it still show up.

    Cache Duration: 43200

I did not see the widget configuration.

    thanks
    Knolls.

    Hi

sorry for the late reply – I’m not entirely sure if I got your problem

as an workaround maybe you can create two calendar feeds albeit using the same Google Calendar Feed ID – one for each widget and tweak the settings for each if you need more controls than what the widget settings can offer

but maybe the feature you are looking for it’s just not there

I’ll pin this in the things to review for the upcoming releases, very sorry

My problem is if I have one event on Aug 10, it won’t show up until Aug 3. It can only show event up to 7 days.

    knolls,

The feed settings you listed above look like they come from the main feed settings section. Since you are using a widget you will need to check your widget settings also since they override the default settings.

You can do this by going to Appearance > Widgets > Google Calendar Events (widget name)

Once there you will see there is also an option on the widget for “Events per Page (List View only):” where you will need to change it from “7 days” to “X events”.

Hope this helps and let me know if you need any further help with this and I will be glad to do so.

    Thanks!

    Thanks, Nick!

It looks very promising. But, when I go to the Widgets page, the google calendar events is there, but no option shown, and I could not edit anything there. There is one choice at the top of widgets page “Manager in customizer”. when I click on that, the page is trying to load, but never show up. What’s the right step to find and change the option?

    Thanks
