• I just checked your website in FF, IE and Chrome and all dates are the same in all three browsers, so at least within my system, there is no issue. What the problem could be for your other site visitors, would be pure conjecture.

Yeah, it opens to Sept. 3 in IE and Firefox for me, and Sept. 10 in Chrome. Other users have told me it opens in July on their machines though…

I would guess a setting on their system: keyword is GUESS. From the point of view of the other users, it is a lot easier to blame your calendar rather than to look at their own system.

I hear ya, but why then would it also differ on my machine (only by a few days, but nevertheless, it’s inconsistent).

I concur 100% that the dates (and times) should be exactly the same regardless of the viewer system configuration. Anything less is an issue that needs to be resolved.

Since this messageboard IS NOT monitored by the Timely folks, I would suggest you go to <https://community.time.ly/> and post the problem there, maybe under Troubleshooting>Creating and Managing Events. There is a greater chance of getting a reply from a Timely agent there than here.

If you are running the Pro edition, you can log in to my.time.ly and create a support ticket, which should get you a much quicker response.

Thanks davejampole, I have posted on Timely’s site, we’ll see what they say!
