I would like to my client to be able to have multiple users (either Editors, or a custom role with similar permissions) working with the same calendars and creating new ones.

However, from what I can tell, only an administrator is able to create new calendars, no? And even if an administrator is to assign a calendar to an editor (via the “owner” field), only that user (as apposed to the user role) is able to edit it.

Is there any way to open up full permissions to anyone other than administrator? Or am I just entirely missing something… Any guidance is appreciated!

Ps I’m ok with PHP if it comes to editing code.

    Hi,

In the current version only administrators can add and assign calendars to other users. In addition to that, the users with access to their calendars must be at least “editors”.

If you prefer to edit the plugin by yourself those permissions are restricted into the file “cpabc_appointments_admin_int.inc.php”, however note that we don’t offer free support for custom modifications to the plugin.

If you have the pro version please post the support message at https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support

Thank you for using the plugin!

Thank so much for your quick response!

That makes sense, and is what I was thinking. What I was really hoping for is that a calendar could be assigned to multiple editors, as there will likely be at least two people administering the site.

Thanks again for the response. I’ll see what I can figure out in the code.
