Calendar Plugin Difficulty

My company wants to get the pro version of the plugin but
2 things Im not sure about. When I add an address in the event
location section, it says it cannot find the location. Please tell me
I dont have to find the latitude and longitude every time I add an
event. Also, will I be able to duplicate events with the pro version
if its for 3 days for example or do I have to add each event
separately.
