Calendar select bug

Thank you for your response.

I deactivated all the plugins, except Salon Booking and switch to Twenty Nineteen wordpress core theme and the issue persist.

But after, I created a new and clean installation of wordpress and after I install & activated only one plugin – Salon Booking and works very well without any issue.

So, I can’t find the cause of this issue.
