  • Hi Mich,

It seems that it is a conflict with another plugin, have you tried the troubleshooting guide? https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/first-troubleshooting-step/

    Hi Benjamin,

I disabled all plugins except All-in-One Event calendar and changed the theme, but the settings still doesn’t work.

Can you please help me to resolve the issue?

    Thanks!

This is the first installation or you upgraded plugin? Which version are you using?

    Hi Benjamin,

Yes, this is the first installation of the plugin. I’m using Version 2.3.5.

Can you please reinstall the plugin and check your calendar settings to see if the issue still exists, version 2.3.7 is available.

I am now using version 2.3.7 but still can’t customize the settings. When I also go to the calendar page and click the Feb button, I am getting this error:

Something went wrong while fetching events.
    The request status is: 200
The error thrown was: SyntaxError: Unexpected token <

Also, the calendar doesn’t display the month of March onwards. And when I click an event, it doesn’t display the event details. Would you please look into this? Thank you!

    Hi,

Sorry for not replying sooner. Please upgrade the plugin to the latest version, this should fix these issues.

    Thanks,
    Ben
