    The only view I want is the calendar view showing a month at a time and allowing the user to scroll between months. .. Are you serious that it only comes with the pro version?

    The Calendar View is included with the Free Version and by default display on the following url: yoursite.com/events/

    To display the Calendar View with a shortcode that is a Pro only feature.
