We’ve created all the categories and added events to each one. The events display in the monthly calendar view but the backgrounds don’t match the colors selected for the respective categories. Basically they’re all the same color (the default theme link color) and only use the selected background color as the border.

There’s no additional place for CSS overrides or custom code that I can see in the EM settings area. Please advise.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

You could format it under Events > Settings > Full Calendar > Event title format

You could then add the appropriate html with inline CSS there and use placeholders.

Examples, please. Because it states specifically that you can’t use HTML in that spot. The box below that states it’s for the tooltips.

** HTML is not accepted. This accepts Event Related Placeholders and Location Related Placeholders placeholders.

So if we want it to display the events using the color we assigned to their respective category what placeholders/tags/HTML would I insert into this spot?

I have the same problem and search for a solution.

to narrow down the problem and verify if this is a possible theme or plugin conflict you can try to install and activate wp safe mode
