Calendars and Upcoming showing only as text after upgrade to 2.5.29

    Since ai1ec upgraded to v2.5.29 all the Calendar and Upcoming Events formatting and choices are displaying as text, not as the dropdowns and proper Agenda/Calendar format types, no matter what format I choose. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin but it makes no difference, the Calendar and Upcoming Events are all completely unformatted.

    Please try: Dashboard -> Events -> Theme Options and hit Save Options (this regenerates the CSS)

    I tried Save Options on each section in Theme Options but no improvement. The wrappers for Calendar and Upcoming Events widget are still text-only, as is the wrapper information for each displayed event, while the event image and description appear fairly normal. However, when I mouse-over any of the displayed events they disappear one-by-one as I mouse-over them.
