Call parent page description on child page meta description

I’m creating a sort of Silo structure where Page1 is the parent page with a main keyword and SubPage1 is an add-on to the main kw to make it a long tail. ex: Home>Plumber>Alamo

In the title I use:
%%parent_title%% %%title%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%

I would like to do the same with the descriptions in this fashion:
%%parent_title%% in %%title%% area. %%parent_description%%

Is it posible to call the parent page’s description via a variable like: %%parent_description%%?
