Call specific page content into WP template

I have a WordPress site for my design business and am building the template. I want to include two “promoted products” in my home page template, which is a custom HTML page with a slider (powered by WP Slider) and a blog feed. I want for my content to be provided by two WordPress pages (such as “projects/design/” and “prices/”), not inserted in manually. If it is possible, I would like to use the Headspace plugin to call the meta description content for that particular page, but as long as it works, I will not complain.

Is it possible to use the WP codes to insert a specific page’s content into your template? Is it possible (if anyone here is aware of how) to use Headspace to insert the meta description into the page? If not, are there plugins that would allow me to do the same, if not similar?
