• Hi,

I just installed the plugin and when a user registers on the website, this error :

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct() on null in /public_html/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 355.

Any idea? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, what happens if you disable the plugin? Do you still receive the above error message?

What permalink do you have set up in your site? Do you know if you have a .htaccess file in your site?

When I disable the plugin, the message disappears. It appears to this address : https://www.erepay.fr?aiowpsec_do_log_out=1&al_additional_data=1

.htaccess is the default and the permalink : /%category%/%postname%/

What do you mean by it appears to this address:

After registration at this address : https://www.erepay.fr/sinscrire-gratuitement/ the error appears at this url.

Let me see if I understand you correctly. You are saying that when you disable the plugin the error goes away but an error message appears at the following URL.

No, when I disable the plugin, this error at this url (https://www.erepay.fr?aiowpsec_do_log_out=1&al_additional_data=1) disappears.

Okay thank you for reporting back. The plugin developers will investigate further your issue.

    Kind regards

Can you please try the following test:
Deactivate all other plugins except AIOWPS and then try a registration. Does the problem go away?

Was there ever a fix for ‘?aiowpsec_do_log_out=1&al_additional_data=1’ appearing in the address bar with the Internal Server Error after a user registered to be on my site?

I have deactivated all plugins it went away, deactivated all but AIOWPS and it appears again.

    Thanks.

    @crazy-drew,
I’m trying to understand your issue more closely so that I can try and reproduce it on my test system….I tried some tests which involved user registration and I saw no issues on my site.
Can you please provide more information?

    – what are the steps you took which forced your site to redirect to the URL which has the ‘?aiowpsec_do_log_out=1&al_additional_data=1’ ?

    – do you have the rename feature active?
    – do you have the force logout feature active?
    – do you have the “Enable manual approval of new registrations” active?

I actually found the issue, it was with the 404 lockout feature. I have changed settings in there and le tup some control and everything is working fine with all new registration.

With my site I never needed nor wanted registrants, but now for my photography proof galleries for their favourites and comments to save and appear they are required to register.

    Thank you though!
