2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully

It appears the first link you provided does not contain the shortcode to our plugin. It currently has a contact form and a download form. To use our plugin try the following shortcode:
[email-download download_id="X" contact_form_id="Y"]

Where X is the download Id from the download monitor plugin and Y is the contact form ID from the contact 7 form plugin.

Thank you for providing more info, we will investigate this issue. Could you also provide which fusion builder plugin you are using for this site?

Hi @ashiqnt,

We have determined that the issue lies within the compatibility between the Avada fusion builder plugin and our Email Before Download plugin. Unfortunately, they are conflicting when running together, and since the Avada fusion builder plugin is not listed on the WP plugin Marketplace we are unable to further investigate.
